Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

1.1 Scope of These Terms

These terms and conditions govern the provision of products by us to you, whether those products are goods or services.

1.2 Importance of Reading These Terms

We recommend that you carefully review these terms before placing your order. They outline who we are, the manner in which we will deliver products to you, how you or we may alter or terminate the contract, how to address any issues, and other significant details. If you identify any inaccuracies or discrepancies within these terms, please reach out to us to discuss them further.

1.3 Consumer or Business Customer?

Your rights under these terms may differ depending on whether you are a business or a consumer. You are considered a consumer if:

  • You are an individual.
  • You are purchasing products primarily for personal use, and not for use in connection with any trade, business, craft, or profession.

1.4 Entire Agreement for Business Customers

If you are purchasing as a business, these terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding your order. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any representations or warranties not included in these terms, and you waive any claims for misrepresentation or misstatement not explicitly stated in this agreement.

2. Our Agreement with You

2.1 Order Acceptance

We will confirm our acceptance of your order by sending you a “Confirmation Email.” At that point, a contract will be formed between you and us. Any actions in the online ordering process, including but not limited to clicking the “Buy Now” button or completing the checkout, should be treated as an “invitation to tender.”

2.2 If We Cannot Accept Your Order

If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you in writing. In cases where we have already charged you, but the product is unavailable, we will refund your payment in a timely manner. This may occur due to stock shortages, unforeseen resource limitations, an issue with your credit reference, pricing or description errors, or failure to meet your delivery deadline.

2.3 Your Order Number

Upon accepting your order, we will assign an order number to it. Please reference this number when contacting us about your order, as it will help us to assist you more efficiently.

2.4 Geographic Limitations of Our Sales

Our website promotes products primarily within the United Kingdom. While we may, at our discretion, accept orders for delivery within the European Union, orders from outside the UK and EU will be considered only as an invitation to tender. If we cannot fulfill such an order, we will contact you within three working days and process a refund.

9.1 General Right to End the Contract

You can terminate your contract with us at any time. The conditions under which you can end the contract depend on the product or service you purchased, any issues with it, how we have handled the contract, and whether you are a consumer or business customer:
